Oceanmist was enjoying her hunting session. It was going great so far, she had already caught a plump rabbit and a vole that had wandered into their territory, they were buried a few feet back to protect from the harsh Winter cold. She was now heading towards the bridge near the river to see if she could catch any fish at the Ice Hole that the leader had made at the beginning of Winter. She noticed an odd figure on the bridge, close to the edge. It was moving. She crouched down and got ready to spring. Then, the cold realization hit her like a bullet. That was no prey, it was a kit! Without thinking, she began to sprint towards the bridge to stop the kit from falling, the kit was to close to the edge. Oceanmist bounded as fast as her young Warrior legs would take her and she leapt into the air just as the kitten fell, catching it in the nick of time and landing on the other side. Just then rustling was heard from the bushes to her left and she came to realize what she had just done. She had entered Storm Clan territory!
