Night of the Wolf

Jake's dark blue eyes stared at his alarm and hit the snooze button. 5:30 AM... What was wrong with schools? They had to ake everything such a horrible time! He groaned and shut his eyes. 5 minutes passed. The alarm blared for a few minutes and Jake sat up. He grabbed the plug and yanked it and the alarm came to an abrupt stop. He smiled, "Thats better..." He stood up and looked at his room... weapons everywhere, swords, guns you name it! He had and knew how to use practically every weapon there was! Other then weapons there were pictures of girls all around his room, none were nude, but they all were in very little clothing. Jake wasn't a bad person, they were his brothers. He had just found them. His brother was dead now and it was a wound best left closed. Jake sighed, slid his hand through his jet black hair, and grabbed some clothes and dashed into the shower and turned it on.

For some reason Jake had always liked slightly cold showers. He never knew why, they just relaxed him. His scar across his back felt good. It liked cold. Jake quickly washed himself and got out. He didn't have much time to waste. He slipped on a black T-shirt and a white jacket and slide his cell phone and his Ipod into the pockets respectively. His black jeans and white shoes tied the outfit together. He was nicknamed Yin Yang in middle school because he always wore black and white. He jumped down the stares and slipped through the door and began walking nonchalantly up to the new bus stop to head to his new school, Wolfden high school. he wondered if the few friends he had would be there... probably not. He also wondered if that stupid Sora would be going to Wolfden, they had been worst enemies since elementary school when Sora beat Jake in a swordplay match. Remembering this put Jake in a sour mood and he shoved his hands in his pockets and he walked faster.

Jake walked down and stopped at the street. Just then Ray came down the street. Her golden hair and bright blue eyes dazzled Jake, last he had seen her she had been the cute tomboy down the street, now she was the beautiful girl from down the street. Jake couldn't help but let his mouth gape at her. She noticed him and waved and then smiled when she realized he was gaping.
"You like? I didn't think I'd be able to pull of the girl look!" she said happily twirling in a circle, the skirt she wore was long, but it spun up pretty high. Jake couldn't help but blush slightly.
"Y'know when you twirl that skirt goes up kinda high right?" He said nervously, he wasn't used to his best bud looking like a normal girl and it was kind of disturbing how good she looked, like she had been meant to look like that.
She stopped and looked at him then got really close to him and winked "Thats the idea Jakey! I am gunna try and start things good in high school" she looked him over and smiled "At least you took the time to get dressed up a bit!" She laughed.
Jake had never dressed formally, he hated formal, it was wierd and didn't fit his style. Even at all the dances in middle school, the only one he had bothered to dress up formally in was the Middle School Prom, which his date forced him to wear. Jake, wear formal clothing without being forced? Now this was a first.
"Yeah so I got a little dressed up... so what?" He mumbled shifting uncomfortably. "Oh, what was the bus number?" Jake said as he saw a bus pass by them quickly, it had big bold black numbers on it. 413.
Ray looked at a slip of paper for a few moments "413, why?"
"Oh ****! Ray! That was our bus that just passed!" He turned grabbed Ray's hand and started dashing after the bus but it had already turned the corner. He stopped to catch his breath and she did the same. "Oh great... 'tis the start of a wonderful first day of school... eh Ray?" Jake said in a sarcastic voice.
"Oh joy... just like Middle School..." Ray sighed without a pinch of enthusiasm in her voice. "Well... I guess we have to walk then..." She began walking away and Jake followed her. "One problem... How do we get to the school?" She turned cluelessly.
"Uh... Beats me!" Jake shrugged.
"Your useless..." Ray frowned. "Well lets see if we can find our way there... after all both of our parents aren't home... Woopdy doo lucky us..." She stormed ahead and Jake smiled, there was Ray's true colors right there, the same old tomboy Ray was still there, just a different outside, it comforted him slightly, but did not fix the fact that they had no transportation to school and they didn't even know where it is. Not to mention it was the first day of school...
